1) Only 1 relative  permitted with patient.
2) Patient and  her relative should wear mask , bring own bed sheet & sanitizer.
3) Don't bring kids to clinic.
4) Online payments are  preferred .
7) Do bring any GOVT ID.
8) Don't visit to clinic -If patient / relative has fever, cough, breathing difficulty / contact history with corona patient .
      You are advised to go directly  for covoid  test.
9) Remove shoes outside the clinic.
10) Social distancing to be followed.
